The purpose of this study is to understand the major pain points users experience in using our app and how these contribute to issues such as login/registration abandonment, low engagement rate, and low customer loyalty.
We will be using generative research techniques to better understand the user’s experience of our brand and the challenges and needs they face in achieving their goals.
Understand how users currently go about consuming & posting content on our app. Understand what makes the users stick to or abandon the app Understand what actions customers take when they consider buying a new product.
Learn about competitor apps customers are using to consume content, shop & look for jobs. Evaluate pain points customers are experiencing in using our app
What do we want the app to be

3. Messaging Experience like Whatsapp
4. Discover Homegrown Brands like Whatshot or LBB
5. Shop from Homegrown Brands like Meesho
6. Find jobs on platform like Indeed, Kormo
7. Business Page Listing like Google My Business, Facebook
To pursue the design process, we research a lot of similar brands and apps on the internet, to get an idea what the existing urers are actually looking for.
So, for that we creted a Mooboard to get an overall idea, about what we want the app to look and feel like.

User flow reflects the user's progress from the launch of the application to the discovery of all functionalities in the app and doing some actions.
Low Fidelity Wireframes help us understand the App initial design to proceed further with the design project. It helps us visualize the concept of he App UI without using a super high end Mock-up version of it.
At the end, it helps us utilize the time and get the project done with in a specific time period.
After finalizing the Low Fi designs we proceed further to design the High Fidelity Versions of it.
